How do I install the casino?
You should then see the ‘File Download’ dialogue box where you can choose where you want to save the file. We recommend saving it to your desktop to make it easier to find. If you save it elsewhere make sure you remember the name and location of the file. (If you are using Internet Explorer, you may choose to ‘Run this program’ in which you do not have to save the file on your computer.)
Once the file has been downloaded, begin the installation process by double-clicking on the icon of the file you have downloaded.

How do I remove the software from my computer?
To remove the software, please go to My Computer > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Look for and click on CasinoCubed, then click YES to remove the software.
How long do I need to stay connected to the Internet?
You will need to be connected to the Internet while you are playing. If the connection is broken, lost or terminated, the Casino software will not be able to connect to the gaming server, thus you will not be able to continue your play.
Is the software free?
Yes, the software is free and the player is under no obligation to download the software as we also offer Flash Games.
Is my computer compatible with your download software?
To install the download casino, most modern PCs running Microsoft Windows 95/08/NT with SP3 or higher/2000/ME/XP/Vista will work fine. Mac users should use the Flash games on the website.
I was downloading and I lost my Internet connection. What do I do?
As soon as you reconnect to the Internet, click on the ‘Smart Download’ file on your desktop and the download will continue.

What do I do if I get disconnected when playing the games?
If the gaming server has received a command related to the game (i.e. spin/deal/hit, etc.) it will automatically complete the hand and will put the money into your account. After you have reconnected, you can still return to the game and you will see what the result was.
The game froze, what do I do?
If the game freezes please be patient. If the game does not continue, then hit ALT-TAB. That will take you back to the operating system. Then hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to end the casino task. Your game will then be held in a suspended state until you logon again.
